We've partnered with Shoebox Studio, a boutique Dance & Fitness studio in SOMA, to give you an opportunity to play, exercise, and be in your body.
was founded 2 years ago by dancer Cera Byer. This studio offers an opportunity for dancers, athletes, and serious movers to understand and optimize their bodies; but even the most deep-fried couch potato can come find joy in a downward dog. Shoebox offers Bellydance, Hip Hop, Capoeira, Salsa, Contemporary, Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga, and more, all in a small, comfortable atmosphere that allows each student to learn, grow, and excel quickly.
