Okay: it's been over a month. How many of you even remember those New Years Resolutions? Chance are, the first ones to go were the ones about Taking Care of Yourself. We live in our bodies, but we often forget that we live in our bodies. This month AE wants to help you remember the beautiful vessel you live in.
